charming stay

i found the layout quite unique. the hotel has gardens between the buildings, it was like an escape from the city! the location was great, close to many nice restaurants. it was also a short walk to place des vosges.
i experienced some waiting due to limited staff, it took some time to get issues resolved. this was a bit inconvenient .

the breakfast offered many options for different tastes, including fresh juices and a variety of pastries! there were also fresh vegetables for bread and a nice selection of fruit.

the reception staff were very friendly and helpful! they seemed ready to assist with anything needed. the housekeeping was also attentive to detail.

The personnel were friendly, helpful and kind. The facilities were lovely and cozy. The gardens were so lovely. Breakfast was fantastic and gave the family something to be excited about every morning, I thought the food was AMAZING!!!

The hotel's location proved convenient for my explorations. I walked to several places of interest nearby. My room had a refrigerator, it was useful for storing drinks. Breakfast offered many options, people with various preferences found something agreeable.
The room felt somewhat aged, I thought a modern update would be an improvement. The bathroom lacked shelves, I found storing toiletries challenging. The hotel is large and divided into buildings, this was not obvious beforehand.
